PCZ Comic Review Videopod Episode 7: Burn #1 by Arcana Comics

By Ian Southworth

Published October 13, 2008

What was once thought to be a symbiotic relationship between humans and machines has turned into a full-scale war due to rising resentment by their human creators. In one of the towns, a 13-year-old boy named Burn will find out the true meaning of horror. The arrival of the sentient Shoftiel, a machine programmed to destroy mankind, will forever link the two in a battle of fates.

Welcome to the world of Burn, a boy who is having a really bad day. In this review, Ian delves into the more violent side of comics and emerges with a smile on his face. This one certainly ain’t for the kids, so get ready for a bit of mecha mayhem!

Thanks to the fine folks over at Arcana Comics for providing a review sample of this book.
