Below is the video for “Harmony Korine”, the first single off of Steve Wilson’s forthcoming album Insugentes. The video was shot by Lasse Hoile and is distinctively brilliant, as is the song. I’m a long-time fan of Porcupine Tree and Steve Wilson in particular. He’s done some great production work for Marillion and others and a solo album by him is a definite treat. I’ve been resisting hearing anything from the album until I can hear the whole thing all together 10 times in a row but you dropped this in my inbox and I had to do it. :) Sounds like an extension of Fear of a Blank Planet and Nil Recurring. Guess we can’t go back to Staircase or Voyage or even In Absentia, sigh. At least he’s back to making weird videos. :D
