‘Valkyrie’ Pushed Back to 2009

Variety is reporting that UA & MGM have pushed back the release date of the Tom Cruise WWII epic Valkyrie to February 13, 2009. The film was originally slated to hit theaters on October 3 but has run into a number of delays, including an extension of the shooting schedule requested by director Bryan Singer. This marks the second time that Valkyrie has had its release date pushed back, with the original date set for June 27.
